“I have been living in the US since 1998 and I have seen what this beautiful country has to offer to hardworking people. I started working as a pizza delivery driver at 17, then worked in the fast food industry, which led me into the restaurant business. I worked my way from dishwasher to bartender. I learned the service industry’s golden rule from a former boss, and now current friend, which is “treat others the way they want to be treated”. After leaving the restaurant business, I decided to learn a new skill and began working in the flooring business. I began my carpentry story by working in flooring & trim carpentry installation. After 4 years of working with installation, I moved into flooring product sales, first in a big box store and then in a family-owned business. I then got an opportunity that I couldn’t turn down, starting the business with my cousin. I saw that he understood that failure is simply not an option. That is how S3 was born. That is how we’ve kept our reviews at a 5-star rating. What matters at the end of the day is that we love what we do, we respect and trust each other, and we have what it takes to grow our dreams beyond what our minds can imagine all while helping people realize their design dreams. “Just like my cousin, I was born in Brazil as well. When my family decided to move to the US, I quickly learned and adapted to American habits and discovered the fascinating American dream. Being the son of a carpenter, I grew up learning the woodworking industry up close. After graduating high school, I attended college in Brazil but soon realized that there is no better place in the world to realize your dreams than America. For the past 6 years, just like my father, I’ve been working in the carpentry industry. I started as a helper in the flooring installation field and worked my way up to a skilled, experienced installer in the flooring business. For the past 6 years, I’ve brought my experience into the cabinetry world. I’ve used my knowledge and experience in both industries to help and support my clients, allowing them to feel confident doing business with me. My partner Junior simply complements my work ethic, and it was a no brainer for us to partner up to form S3. Our focus is to help families to achieve their most ambitious dreams when it comes to remodeling their homes, all while allowing them to see in every aspect of the project what we are offering and exactly what they will be getting.
